For Swedish deliveries you can calculate the delivery cost by adding your postcode in your shopping basket.
Orders will normally be sent by DHL or PostNord. All deliveries will be traceable. Depending on the size of the order it will either be delivered directly to your mailbox or to a service point (postombud) close to you.
The order will be dispatched within 5 working days once payment has been received. Standard delivery time within Sweden is 2-3 working days from the order being dispatched. Some post codes could take longer.
Payment can be made with debit and credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard. The order will be dispatched within 5 working days once payment has been received. You can also pay with KLARNA CHECKOUT (invoice sent to your email) or KLARNA-invoice (only available in Sweden. The invoice will delivered with your order). All data is sent via a secure connection (HTTPS) and no payment information is ever stored. All prices are listed in SEK, including VAT (taxes). The price shown at the time of the purchase is the price that you will be charged. For up to date currency rates please check a currency dealer. All prices are including 25% moms (VAT).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return a product within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied. If returning a product it must be unused and in unchanged condition and returned in the original packaging (or similar protective materials) including the receipt. If a returning product seems worn or in otherwise not acceptable condition Lisselback Cecilia reserve the right to refuse the return. If you use your right to return a product you will be responsible for the payment of the full delivery cost. Returns must be made with a traceable delivery method as you are responsible for the product until it reaches Lisselback Cecilia. Items sent as P.O.D. (payment on delivery) will not be accepted. The purchasing sum, will be refunded within 30 days from when the returned product is received and accepted by Lisselback Cecilia.
If the package is damaged upon delivery – take a photo first before opening, then photograph the content with inner layer of packaging (normally bubbel wrap) and the contents for insurance purposes. Send an email to Lisselback Cecilia with information about the delivery and the photos. The photos need to show the damage to all layers of packaging and the contents clearly. It has to include a photo of the whole product and photos zoomed in on the damaged part.

Lisselback Cecilia shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Lisselback Cecilia’s control. When an event of Force Majeure Lisselback Cecilia shall soonest possible notify the customer.
